apply evenly on damp hair, lather, then rinse. repeat if necessary.

integrity&strength nourishing conditioner:
apply evenly to clean, damp hair. comb through and leave in for 2-3 minutes. rinse well.

leave in conditioner:
shake well and spray evenly over clean, damp hair at approx. 4-6 in from hair. comb through and proceed with drying. as a daily touch-up, spray over dry hair at approx. 12 in from hair.
