I'm confused by all. . .

"I'm confused by all these great reviews. Are we reviewing the same product? I found this product to be very drying to my hair. Combing my long hair through with this conditioner in it is not smooth. This product did not withstand humidity, and my hair became very frizzy. I need to add a little moisturising conditioner to this conditioner when I use it. I was hoping this would handle Florida humidity, but it hasn't handled Maryland humidity! I won't be buying this again."
